Demolition, dumpster, and hauling permit leads
Use demolition and site-work records as timely direct and adjacent signals without overstating project intent.
Demolition, wrecking, excavation, and site-work terms are direct signals for contractors performing that work. Dumpster and hauling demand is often adjacent: the project can create debris, but the permit does not prove a vendor is needed.
Check whether the record covers full demolition, interior selective demolition, a renewal, or a legalization of completed work. Those scenarios have very different timing. A source description that says no work will be performed should be excluded from an active opportunity queue.
Never interpret a demolition permit as evidence of a safety or code problem unless the official record says so. Outreach should describe your service, not speculate about the property or owner.
