Use project intelligence lawfully.
This production terms template requires legal review before launch. PermitProspect is independent and not affiliated with any issuing authority.
The service
PermitProspect organizes public building-permit information into search, market context, explainable trade signals, alerts, workflow, and exports. Source data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, revoked, or interpreted differently by an authority. Verify an official record before acting.
No exclusivity or guaranteed outcome
A subscription provides non-exclusive intelligence. Unless a separate signed agreement explicitly says otherwise, records are not exclusive leads, and PermitProspect does not guarantee contact information, project availability, award status, response, revenue, or conversion.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful business research and internal sales workflow consistent with source rights. You are responsible for telemarketing, email, privacy, licensing, consumer-protection, fair-housing, discrimination, and do-not-call requirements that apply to your organization.
Prohibited conduct
- Stalking, harassment, intimidation, threats, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Discriminatory targeting or use of sensitive property circumstances.
- Implying government affiliation or misrepresenting a permit, inspection, or code status.
- Automated SMS, calling, or bulk emailing through or from exported data without a separately approved compliance design.
- Attempting to re-identify suppressed residents, extract sensitive documents, bypass access controls, or exceed source redistribution rights.
- Reselling raw records as exclusive leads or using the service to build a competing bulk database.
Accounts and billing
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe until canceled. Plan features depend on server-verified entitlements. Fees, refunds, taxes, trials, and cancellation details shown at checkout control where they differ from this summary.
Suspension and termination
PermitProspect may suspend access for security risk, prohibited conduct, payment failure, legal requirement, or source-license obligations. Data export and deletion rights remain subject to security, billing, legal, and source retention requirements.
Corrections and contact
Use the corrections workflow for source-derived records and contact support for account matters.
