Remodeling and tenant-improvement permit leads
Read interior renovation, restoration, finish-out, and tenant-improvement records as practical sales signals.
Interior remodel, renovation, restoration, commercial finish-out, and tenant-improvement language can be a direct remodeling signal. The scope may also name electrical, plumbing, mechanical, window, or fire-protection work, creating additional direct matches.
Broad “general construction” records need context. A temporary event installation is not the same as a durable tenant improvement. Read the work floors, occupancy notes, dates, and related project records when available.
Do not assume the party named on one permit controls every subcontract. Treat the record as a prompt for lawful research, not evidence that a contract is unassigned.
